What to expect
Depending on your abilities and business requirements we may skip over areas or spend more time on one area and less on another. I ensure that I will listen to your needs and deliver accordingly.

Having said that, there may be times where I insist on covering an area(s) that you may not think you need to but in my professional opinion I believe it will add significant value to you and your business. It goes without saying that I will explain fully as to why I think we need to cover certain areas after all I am not a dictator!

Even though my coaching is structured and I firmly believe in test and measure regarding any strategy that has been implemented, I also believe, as in business world we will need to be somewhat flexible with our approach to our sessions -unexpected things always crop up! Unnecessary rigidity is not something I care too much for as I hope you will see soon...
Additional Business Support Services
My clients will always receive the Full Business Coaching Experience with Simply Sales. What does that mean I hear you ask?

In addition to all my time, energy and knowledge that you will benefit from I will also allow you access to a number of businesses that I have managed to established excellent relationships with. Some of these Businesses I have used personally and some previous colleagues, friends and previous clients have used. As such I know that their services are second to none. Time and time again these companies have produced and displayed exceptional high standards to their existing clients in the following areas:

• Client Aftercare

The Business Services available to you as a Simply Sales Client are:
• Accountants
• Solicitors

• Marketing

Furthermore, all the above businesses will provide you a minimum of 15% discount for their Services when you are a member of the Simply Sales Group.
What happens when you contact me?
  • Pleasant relaxed chat (on the phone): I would ask a few brief questions about you and your business. Nothing to heavy or detailed. You may ask as many questions as you like.
  • If you are keen we can meet up for 1hr FREE Consultation (either at your workplace or an agreed venue) to discuss further about your business and I will assess whether I can help or whether you want me to help you.
  • If you like what I have to say then you fill in a personality questionnaire and I will take that away to analyse. Assuming we decide to begin your 5 week 'Grace Period' Programme I will bring the personality report on the 1st session and we will discuss it in length.
  • After the first 5 weeks I will ask "Are you receiving value from me?". If you say "No! Nice guy but haven't really helped me". Then we part and you are not obliged to pay a penny.
  • After the first 5 weeks I will ask "Are you receiving value from me?". If you say "Yes! Nice guy and you have helped me considerably and I can see the benefits". Then you pay me and we continue with the program.
  • Within 3 months I aim for you to be off the 'Intense Programme' and I will move you on to the 'Support Programme'. This is where you drop from seeing me 4 times a month to 2 times a month at a considerable less monthly payment (clients have been off the 'Intense Programme' within 5 weeks!)
  • After a further 3 months (again this can be sooner depending on YOU) we will reassess our working relationship and decide whether to move on to the 'Partnership Programme'. This will be a joint decision!
Here is what to expect from my Programmes:
NB: All Payments/Fees are discussed within the 1-1 Consultation Meetings.

Additional Fees:
  • Clients within West Midlands: Sessions outside the allowed Programme will be an additional Set Fee/Hour.
  • Clients outside West Midlands: Minimum Half day call out (4 hrs) including travel costs. Full Day is (8Hrs) including travel including travel costs.
  • Training Sessions: One to Many
    • Half Day: including Travel
    • Full Day: including Travel
